The Quick Reference Instructions (QRI) condense the full IFU into an at-a-glance guide for operators who already know the system and just need a fast reminder of the key steps. It focuses on the essentials of getting a clean run: the right environmental conditions, sample pooling limits, and quick error recovery.
It is meant to live alongside the Analyzer in the field rather than replace the IFU for full procedures, validated claims, and interpretation tables, users are pointed back to the IFU.
Frequently Asked Questions
What temperature does the test need to run at?
Run the test at room temperature in a cool, dry environment. The test kit storage recommendation is 2–30 °C; the Analyzer is 15–30 °C.
How many swabs can I pool?
Validated on pools of up to 5 cloacal or up to 10 oropharyngeal swabs. Pools must be all oropharyngeal or all cloacal and never mixed. Local legislative requirements may define pooling strategy.
How do I reset the Analyzer from a red-light error?
Hold the power button for 10 seconds and release. You may need to reset up to three times to return the lights to blue or yellow; if they stay red after three resets, contact Alveo Support.
